C H I C K P E A S O F S E R R A D E' C O N T I A long time ago, chickpeas were the basis of our tradition food but in the last decades they have been abandoned because it was considered a common "poor" meal. Today, the tradition finally comes back with a research for natural products and a concept of well-being that draws attention on the nutrition. The high valley of Misa, in the heart of Marche region, re-introduced the legumes cultivation, typical of our land, including small, soft, tasty, healthy chickpeas cultivated with low environmental impact. Ideal for soups, in dry soups with maltagliati pasta, simply flavored with salt, extra virgin olive oil and chive.
