Für die Zubereitung dieser Polenta-Mischung mit hohem Steinpilzanteil benötigen Sie circa 1, 5 Liter Wasser und 40 Minuten Zeit. Das Wasser zum Kochen bringen und das Maismehl hinzufügen. Weitere 40 Minuten bei geringer Temperatur unter ständigem Rühren köcheln. Eine schmackhafte Ergänzung: Würfel von Fontina-Käse.
